New Vestroia Brawler Game Pack Review

These Brawler Game Packs containing five Bakugan pieces were made available in Europe and were also imported to the Philippines.

Back of the box is pure text in various languages.

To put it simply, BGPs are the BBTs and GPs (Entry Value Packs) that are released outside of Japan. The box and the blisters are all the same size as Japanese boxed sets.

This particular One Player New Vestroia BGP contains the following items:
2 Normal Bakugan: Ventus Altair and Subterra Hyper Dragonoid
1 Special Attack Bakugan: Darkus Percival Vortex
2 Bakugan Traps: Subterra Piercian and Ventus Legionoid
5 Ability Cards (Two of which are Trap Bakugan reference cards)
3 Metal Gate Cards
...and a Black and White Play Manual in 10 different languages.

Ventus Altair = 680 Gs
I already have one from the BBT-02
Subterra Hyper Dragonoid = 710 Gs
Wrong attribute. He should be Pyrus.

Darkus Vortex Percival = 800 Gs
He spins just like his anime counterpart.
Subterra Piercian
Wrong attribute. He should be Haos.

Legionoid looks so much like Hexados.

As its name implies, there's a legion of vicious serpents within that wind-colored drum.

Ability Cards

Metal Gate Cards

Compared to the two-player BBT from Japan; these Brawler Game Packs are only for one player. They contain much less ability cards and gate cards though this is nothing short of being a good starter pack for a Brawler playing under the New Vestroia rules.

However, for those who wish to expand on their Brawling Experience, you might consider using other Ability and Metal Gate Cards because Victory always depends on the Cards you use and the mental skill of the player.

After this wonderful acquisition, I only need to get 5 more Bakugan for December 2011.
Merry Christmas!
