Dharak Colossus

After our tour with the goody-four-shoes, we're going to move on to the Big Bad Guy whose also a Big Bad Exclusive ~ His Majesty's Weapon of Colossal Destruction!

Some packaging have the sticker "Only at Toys R'Us" but some don't have it. Regardless, Dharak Colossus is a Toys R' Us exclusive.
Inside the packaging.

4 Ability Cards included: 2 Battle Gear reference cards in doubles due to the language variety.
The same Gate Card "Fire Swamp" is included with Dharak Colossus.

Instruction Manual in Black and White

Four Bakugan Pieces: 1 Bakugan, 1 BMA / Transformation Hub and 2 Deluxe Battle Gears that light-up in red laser light.

Battery Replacement Instructions for the two Deluxe Battle Gears are well-illustrated inside the manual.

Darkus Exokor

Just like the Dragonoid Colossus, the Exokor has no G Power in real life.

The Exokor bears strong resemblance to the Impalaton BMA.

Darkus Brawlacus Dharak
It's supposedly the Phantom Dharak like in the anime but Spinmaster decided to whip out a special repaint for Dharak.
Actually, it's not just a repaint. Brawlacus Dharak has different-sculpted horns and holes on his wings. Also, Brawlacus has 770 Gs of power.

Copper Smashtor

In my opinion, the Smashtor is the better-designed Deluxe Battle Gear of the two.

Big Crocodile head gives 80 Gs boost! RAWR!!

He bears the weight of tyranny (and 850 Gs) in his shoulders...

...all in his majesty's not-so-secret service.

Gold Riptor

Unlike the Big Crocodile head look of the Smashtor, the Riptor looks like a giant switchblade.

Either that or something straight out of a Star Wars nightmare sequence with 100 Gs.

May the force of 870 Gs be with you!

After the breakdown on the parts, it's time to build the mortal enemy of the UItimate Warrior Gene!

Prepare and close up all the parts as shown.

Insert the Battle Gears: Riptor to the right and Smashtor to the left.
They will automatically open up once installed.

Have the Exokor stand on its feet.

Then push the button to open up the geared Exokor.

One more component left to install!

Insert Brawlacus Dharak into the Cradle and...

That's pretty much it.

Total real-life G Power is only 950 Gs. Intimidators can easily get Dharak Colossus pwned by a  Baku Super G or a Bakugan and Battle Gear pair of considerable G Power.

For the frugal mall-goer and/or thrifty toy collector, considering to buy the Dharak Colossus may not be a wise decision compared to buying the impressively-designed Dragonoid Colossus off the shelf.

Other than having fewer pieces, Dharak Colossus is much smaller than Dragonoid Colossus

However, Spinmaster gave Dharak Colossus a light-up feature from it's Deluxe Battle Gears.

Whether the feature is convincing enough for a person to buy the Dharak Colossus, I bought both of them in the virtue of being a passionate toy collector.
