According to Bakugan Wikia, a "White One" has no definite attribute. 
They take the highlighted attribute bonus in a Gate Card.

This package is exclusive to North American territories. 

It's most likely Japanese counterpart is the "Defenders of the Core" game with the translucent Cross Dragonoid (I don't have this yet).
